failing to uninstall version 9.2.6.0

trying to upgrade \uninstall of version 9.2.6.0 the application is searching for the original MSI to try and uninstall.
when can I find the MSI? is there any workaround this issue ?

it's still failing - the error is "the file is not a valid installation package for the product remote desktop manager.
try to find the installation package.

when I try to initiate the file you have supplied it remarks that another version is installed - on the GUI it says 9.2.6.0

Could you try to just update the binaries with the latest version by unzipping them?
