VPN forced separation possible ???
Hi there,
We use Remote Desktop Manager for our remote maintenance which run over ISDN.
We have the problem that if we caused forget the ISDN connection, closing it passes over days and very high costs.
Is it possible to implement a forced separation?
For example, after 1 hour?

I need more details. How do you close your connection with the ISDN? Is it a normal VPN connection in RDM?

yes i use a normal VPN (In Remote Desktop manager i use the VPN entry "Microsoft-VPN" )
So your request would be to have an automatic close after a timeout?

Sorry not a timeout but a specific time.

Yes, for example i want configure for a VPN that the connection will be close after 30 or 60 minutes use automatic or that a popup come and ask me i want continue and when i dont answer or answer no that the connection close.
Problem here is realy that we "MUST" use ISDN for our costumer (a security reason ) and when we forget to close the connection runs days and sometimes weeks and you can be sure my boss is not happy when we must pay for a minute and the bill is exorbitant high.
I have entered a feature request for that.
