How to export settings + passwords

This is a great tool but I have an issue.
I work with a small team of field engineers and it would be great to be able to export all my settings, sessions and passwords to my other colleagues session.
To help with doing this we have purchased the global licence.
I have tried the export with credentials option but this does not seem to help.
I originally created all the sessions etc whilst using the standard edition. I have also noted that all the passwords are stored in windows credentials at present.

Can someone provide me with guidance on how I can make it possible to pass my sessions and passwords between my colleagues??
Note that as they are field engineers and do not always have internet access
