Hi
As described in http://help.remotedesktopmanager.com/troubleshooting_vmware.htm, you must configure a setting of the PowerCLI that relates to SSL certificates of your servers.

COnfigured. Falilure again. There is a way to get the output of the command before window closes?
Same help topic, first section lists the steps

Add-PSSnapin vmware.vimautomation.core;
Connect-VIServer {server ip or name};
Open-VMConsoleWindow –VM "{virtual machine name}"
Works:
Conose session not: Open a command window and show a lot of errors... so fast to take them.
And the problem is not related with certificates.
Vmware console: Default: Fails with powershell error
VMware console: VMware Player fails with "The remote virtual machine xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx can not be opened: The request refers to an unexpected or unknow type"
And a suggestion: What about to put the VM ID on the "VMware Console"? great to configure the VMwareremote console" with vmrc.
