Offline mode, can't Edit Properties

Hi,

I test RDM for my company.

Server SQL Express 2005.
RDM 9.2.10.0

SQL User : SA, administrator SQL server.

When I'm in Offline Mode, I can't edit properties on Session.

Could you help me?

It's very important, when my technicals are on own customer, Internet is not OK. I wanted to consult the detail or modify the properties of session.
