Quick Connect toolbar gone after upgrade

Hi

I've upgraded to the latest 9.2.10.0 version but since I have the Quick Connect toolbar has gone.
I've checked through all of the options but can't find a way to get this back and I use it all of the time. The only options I have where the toolbar used to be are the standard Windows menu which also has the option to show / hide the top pane and then a drop down to move the toolbar above and below the ribbon.

Can someone please help me get this back.
