Remote Desktop Manager stops working after upgrade

Hi, RDM stopped working after upgrade from 9.2.6 to 9.2.10
Our IT support have stripped back .net and re-installed but RDM still not working. Even previous versions that were working fine no longer work. Also applied .net repair tool.
