RDM v9.2.6.0 64-bit and 32-bit not responding

RDM v9.2.6.0 64-bit and 32-bit not responding

Since we upgraded to RDM v9.2.6.0 we are having an intermittent problem. The RDM is connected to a remote SQL 2008 R2 database.
On two Win 8.1 workstations, one running RDM v9.2.6.0 64-bit the other running RDM v9.2.6.0 32-bit, periodically each day RDM greys out and the title bar says "not responding". We have to use task manager to close the RDM program and restart it.
Do you have any suggestions to resolve the problem?

Hi,
Could you verify the application logs in Help->View Application Logs? You could also upgrade to RDM 9.2.10. I remember that we fixed a strange bug that could be related.

I did not realize that there is a RDM 9.2.10. When I use RDM v 9.2.6.0 Help/Check Version the popup says "Your current version is up to date!". I will try and find the download for v9.2.10 and update the Forum if I continue to experience the problem.
I do not see any content in the Application logs that corresponds by Date and Time to the RDM crashes we are experiencing.
