I'm having trouble with my custom installs in that each user that logs into a computer is required to register the software all over again as well as set up the data source from scratch. People move around a bit here and it would be easier if I knew how to prevent configuring the software every time they sit at a new desk. I'm sure it's just something that I'm screwing up on my end... but can't figure out what. Thanks!

When you created the install package, had you selected the serials and the data source as part of the configuration?
