Hi,
i have rdm 6.1.0 installed and was trying to upgrade to version 6.6. The problem is that setup allways asks about an rdm.6.1.0 msi file and the process stops at that point.
I've already tried to uninstall but unfortunately had the same result, even thought in one of my attempts i converted an Exe to MSI.
Does anyone knows how to resolve this?
Thanks in advance.
Hi,
You can download the old version msi here:
http://remotedesktopmanager.com/download/Setup.RemoteDesktopManager.6.1.3.0.msi
Also you can unzip the new binaries to do the manual upgrade.

Manual upgrade worked.
Thanks
I have the same issue, the link referenced above is now dead. Is there a new link for the download of the 6.1.3.0 msi?
Thanks,
Hi Frank,
You can download RDM 6.1.3 here
http://remotedesktopmanager.com/Home/PreviousVersion

It seems that we no longer have this version on our web site. Perhaps you could try to upgrade it and uninstall the upgrade.
Sorry about that.
David Hervieux
Unfortunately the upgrade still references the msi for uninstall.
Hi Frank,
Could you try to run the Microsoft Fix It tool to repair problems related to installation or removal of program on computer
https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/mats/program_install_and_uninstall
