I have setup teamviewer and ensured prompt for password is unticked, but the password box keeps popping up telling me password is invalid. I know I am using the right one, as I have then entered into into the box and it logs on fine. Ive even copy and pasted the same password into the teamviewer session credentials, but it still says password invalid...
Any ideas?
Hi,
Could you post a print screen of the error message? I want to who show the error message.

do you have speacial chars in your password? eg. " or ' ?
"The password you have entered is invalid please try again..."
Yes, using special characters.. what difference does that make?? - actually, no there arent.. just combo up alpahnumeric upper and lower.
As ive said, to avoid typo's, ive tried copy pasting the password both into the applications setup password box, and get the above error.. but if I then paste it into the box it works fine... seems like RDM either isnt passing the password to TV or its passing the wrong one!

Hi,
I just did some test and it works fine for me. What version of RDM do you use? Here some test you could try:
1. Could you try edit your session and do Ctrl+Alt+Shift+Enter to reveal the password and verify if RDM same it correctly?
2. Could you verify that you don't use an embedded credential or linked credentials
3. Could you try to quote the password. For example: 1234 -> "1234"
