When I close RDM, it will auto logoff session, how can I disable this function ???
In my case, I have one Windows Server 2008 R2 (Datacenter). And I'm using the "GoodSync" - A File Synchronization Software. When the "GoodSync" is running (Backup file server from another server), if I close RDM, the session will close too, so the job to backup is failed (Can't copy). So I have to keep RDM while "GoodSync" running...
Hi,
As far as I know, RDM can't logoff the session by default. Could you try to execute mstsc and see if you can reproduce the problem?

No, when I remote by MSTSC, I click "X - Close" (just Close, not Start ==> Disconnect), the session will be kept, job of goodsyn program is still running. But when I use RDP, I click "Close" and GoodSync program auto stop, close too and log off session.
I checked more 3 times, on Windows 7 Enterprise 32Bit, 64 Bit and XP 32 bit... and the remote machine is Windows Server 2008 R2 Enterprise SP1..... Problem is the same !!!

Could you try to see if you could reproduce it with Remote Desktop Connection Manager from Microsoft. We share the same activex and I want to see if it's related to it?
