Office 365 - Missing Top Bar

I can successfully make a connection to the Office 365 site - but am missing the top bar once I connect (displays user with various buttons)

How can I get this to display?

I think I figured this one out.

I changed my IE Mode from default to IE 11 (File | Options | Types: Web)
