Windows key keyboard shortcut not working
I'm not sure when this happened but Windows key keyboard shortcuts aren't working anymore.
For example, Win+R (Execute...) or Win+E (File explorer) simply open the start menu.
I've reinstalled my mac recently but it was doing this before. I thought my connection database was corrupt so I started anew when I reinstalled my mac.
The "Windows key passthrough" option is checked in every connexion.

I just tested with a couple of sessions and it seems to work.
What's the os version on the server connection you are observing the situation?

I'm experiencing the same symptoms, all servers are on a routed network with no VPN or gateways between.

I have made some test and I found that the WIN+r command conflict with the CMD+r menu command to refresh the navigation pane.
Please, tell me if any other shortcut are not working.
