SQL Database dead can info be recovered

SQL Database dead can info be recovered

Hi

We had our Database for all the connections on a SQL server (DEV one) and this has packed up. we did not back this unit up as it was dev. i have the offline file on my PC can the info be extracted out and back in to a SQL Database to save having to re create all the connections???
