db_sec_e_auth_failed 0x80040e4d Error

After installing the Remote Desktop Manager I got on one Client the following Error Message:
The current datasource is unavailable. No error message available, rsult code: db_sec_e_auth_failed(0x80040e4d).
A reinstall ends with the same Message. Someone an idea.

We have many customer who have problem with the Access database. Could you try to create an Xml data source instead?

Sorry, but with XML-Datasource I got the same message.
