Enterprise version SQL backup

Are there any "best practices" for backing up the SQL database used by RDM? I back up the SQL DBs normally with my normal backup software, but is there anything inside of the app that I should be using to make a backup of all my sessions?

Hi,
You only need to backup the database and everything will be included (log, attachment, sessions...)
