I need to change a setting on http browser sessions where instead of forcing which browser to run, it uses the default choice which would then rely on the RDM client setting or the OS.
I found a way to have all my sessions selected at once to be able to batch edit them, but when I choose Session Type Settings, RDM errors and tells me that I can't make a batch edit session change of this type of session.
Any ideas? Touching each session would not be my top choice.
Running 6.5.1.0 with SQL datasource
Hi,
I haven't implemented the batch edit for web session. I only have done it for the RDP. What setting do you need to edit in batch?
David Hervieux
Web browser application.
I need to change from IE to Default. I've corrected my templates so I wont have the problem going forward, but I have almost 200 sessions to update otherwise.
Hi,
Can you give me 24 hours? I think I will be able to give you a build with that implemented. It's not very complication for me.
David Hervieux
that would be awesome. I can wait 24 hours easily.
I need to make the same tweak to VNC sessions. from UltraVNC to Default. I've found that instead of controlling which VNC or www app to use from the datasource and letting the end users control the flavor works better.
Killer software. I'm the biggest fan in our company. Love it.
David, any updates on your update?
Hi,
I have finished the web batch edit but not the Vnc:

worked like a champ. thank you very much for the very fast turnaround on this feature request
No problem, the batch edit for VNC will be added soon.
