Help menu is not listed

Help menu is not listed

I went to renew and I do not have the "help" menu anywhere.. I looked at some setting to see if it was not checked, but found nothing. Right after "window" menu is the quick connect.

Hi,
Could you install the latest version 6.5. We have fixed a Large font problem. The menu Help was hidden.
