One of our clients provided us with 3 certificates and a PBK entry. I've got everything setup so that if I directly click this PBK entry, I get a connection to their VPN without needing to enter any credentials. However, when I enter the PBK file on the VPN tab in RDM either in the Phone Book or Embedded Phone Book, when I launch, I am getting prompted for credentials (which I don't know).
I'm not that familiar with certificates and PBK files. Am I adding this to RDM correctly? Is there a way to get the credentials out of a PBK file?
Could you try to enter a fake credentials to see if the VPN ignore them? Could you also post a print screen of the prompted dialog. Perhaps it's RDM that prompt you for that.

Okay - I picked my VPN from the drop down and entered 'a' for the remaining 3 fields and it made the connection.

You can enter a fake credential in the VPN configuration and the application will not bother you.

LOL. Do I get to ask 'why'?
I swear I had this working before my machine got trashed and I had to reinstall everything.
I will double check tomorrow but I suspect that we expect to have a username and password every time.

Hi,
I have added a new setting to fix this scenario. It will be in RDM 9.5.
