Online License not updated

When I install Remote Desktop Manager Enterprise and try to get my license to load from the RDM online account it loads last years license information and says my license has expired. I can do it manually with the new license but I would like to get them synchronizing automatically. Is there somewhere I can go to update that?

Hi,
Just to be sure I understand, you have your online license saved in RDMO and RDM use the wrong one. You've entered the licence in RDMO when you bought it?

I see now. I thought the licenses automatically were added to my account. I added the new license in and that works. Thanks

Sorry about that. We will update RDMO soon and integrate all the online tranaction system. This should be automated soon.
