We have created an new group in our RDM , as soon as we open the group the application crashes. There is no data in the "view application log" and we have no way of deleting the entry anymore.
To test i've created another new group , as soon as i created a folder in the group and create an session RDM crashes again and there is still no data in the application log
i've put the debug level way higher but now i see a lot of info with server , and company names which i rather not post on a public board
please send it via PM
Maurice
What version do you use?
David Hervieux
We've updated to 9.2.8.0 but we had the same problem with 9.2.6 i've pm-ed the application log
Hi,
Could you set back the debug level to 0 and change the Wait progress mode to statusbar. This is located in File->Options -- User Interface
David Hervieux
I did that but then the program still crashed, but i end up with no info in the application log
Could you post a print screen of the crash?
David Hervieux
It is just " remote desktop manager has stopped working " it only does this with the newly created group(s)
When you create a group or when you click on it? Could you take a look at the EventViewer logs?

It's really a strange error because it's Windows that crash. Could you try the 64 bit version of RDM?
David Hervieux

we are having a serious issue now, we cant create any new groups anymore as soon as we create a group with a subgroup and a session the program crashes
so we have
customer
- windows server
- session
there is no error and we have no way to delete the session / groups anymore also
It seems there was a problem with a shared template. I've delete the shared template (RDM did crash when i did that) but after restart the template was gone and now i can delete te groups i find this very strange behaviour
How did you find out that it was with a shared template?
