Closing RDM on Win 8 with the Taskbar "peak" menu

I tried to close RDM with the taskbar view of the application however it didn't show the close confirmation window on the foreground and I have to kill the RDP process via Task Manager.

Update: I was able to open the close confirmation window from the Task Manager, RDM didn't allow it to come to the front, but the task manager did.

Hi Greg,
I will add a validation to make sure that this validate appear foreground when used from the taskbar
