citrix session setup

I have ICA version 10.200.2650 on my vista computer. I have connections set up in the Citrix Program Neighborhood. When I go to set a Citrix ICA session up the drop down list doesn' t find the setups and it does in the Cisco setup. The ICA is set up in the default direcories during installation.

at some time a PDF file with examples and some basic of the program would be helpful. just a suggestion.
