Cannot see groups

I can no longer see the groups that I have made in my sessions on the left side of my application. I see all of the saved connections, but they are no longer in groups. When I add a new connection, it sees the group names still available in the drop down but they are no longer in my list. I am running version 6.5.0.0. Is there a setting that accidentally got flipped that prevents this? I cannot find it. THANKS!
