Dupication of RDP entries

Hi All, First time poster go easy.
It seems that all our RDP entries have been duplicated does anyone know why this would happen, and is there an easy way to "undo" this.

Have you imported twice your sessions?

Thanks dhervieux, it seems that someone hit ctrl - d on the root, but the system has returned to single entries this morning so they have managed to undo this themselves.. brave.
