VNC over SSH

In RDM, you can configure a separate session for the SSL and select it in the VPN tab page from the RDP session. Use the Link to existing session item from the combo. You will see any Putty, VPN or command line session in the drop down list.

i did set it up as you mention it see attached ...
when i open the connection the session "SSH" is started correctly .. but the session "VNC through SSH" results in an error

on my linux workstation i use remmina and it has an option "enable SSH Tunneling" (see screenshot) .. maybe i have to enable this also in putty?!

Unfortunately I'm not an SSH expert. What error do you get exactly? Does it works if you don't use RDM and just connect with RealVNC?

i'm using ultravnc and i can't connect with vnc to the private ip 192.168.x.y as it does not use the ssh as tunnel ...
i will investigate with a friend of mine and we'll se ...

the ssh connection itself works ...
i can log and have a terminal ...
