Move Remote DEsktop Manager to a new machine

Hi there,
I have just installed RDM in a new machine at office. I am using the same version already installed on the old machine, where I was using a local mdb file to store the saved connections.
What is the recommended way to "move" the saved connections and credentials from the old box to the new one ?
Is there an export/import procedure or do I have to manually copy and paste the mdb file where connections are stored ? what about saved credentials ?
