manual check for host availability

hi!
i have the option "check for host availability" checked and i would like to be able to update the status of unreachable hosts but could not find any option.
could you please add a option (maybe in the "Tools" menu) "check for host availability" so that the formerly unreachable hosts change their color from red to black?!
