Hi,
next potential bug:
i tested with local db & rdms.
if you attach a file to a folder by right-click, properties, attachments, ....
AND the folder has subentries (rdp, vpn, etc.) the attachment doesn't show up in Attachments-Footer
if there is a subfolder, it shows up
this doesn't happen when using local db, only reproduceable with RDMS
in one case, there it is very strange:
if you attach a file to the folder "CustomerA" a subfolder gets created with full structure from root to CustomerA and a few random entries from CustomerA get moved into that folder.
it's not a local-pc-cache-problem, bcos its reproduceable from every machine that has access to that folder.
mailed to you the profiler (info at devolutions)
Kind Regards
Markus

structure.PNG
structure1.PNG
as there is no news, i expect that you cannot reproduce?
could it be that our db is corrupted?
how can this happen?
will a full export / re-import solve that prob?
Kind Regards
Markus

Hi,
Could you try to right-click on a folder, select Add -> Add Attachment and attach a file to the folder.
Do you see the file in the attachment footer?
Best regards,
Jeff Dagenais
hi,
no, i do not see it.
same if i add in attachment footer, its not visible in rclick folder -> attachments
checked a few folders, and it happens everywhere if i add attachment by footer, its not visible in settings-attachments and vice versa
