You can send us an email and we will be able to unlock your configuration. It's a manual operation and we need your remotedesktopmanager.cfg file to unlock it.

Hi David,

wouldn't be better that you implement some kind of backup codes in case if phone die?
Similar like google implemented.

Maybe to add that option in next beta?
I'm now on 9.2.4.0
