Can you explain me what "Allow reveal password for administrator" means and how it works?
Hi,
This a new option, to that allow you to use Ctrl+Alt+Enter to show the password in a password textbox. This is the first step, I will add a button for that. Many people were asking for a reveal password, but I know that many companies does not want me to allow that.

i like this feature very much!
probably you can find a new security type, like in the security settings of the database. password encryption with a shared passphrase - you can configure a special passphare which is needed to reveal password.
This is a good idea. Like most of the feature I do, I introduce it slowly and see the feedback.

If you want some feedback on that, is a +1 for me. With so many customers and credentials stored, it would be a lot time-saving to have some way to display the stored password (maybe entering a "master security password" for the decryption of the stored value).
I disagree -1. Please do not add this feature. I can think of many reasons why this is a bad idea.
Nothing good can come out of adding a magic button to reveal a password. Instead, use a secure password manager and maintain it.
With regards to security, it is better to NOT have this feature than to have it. Storing passwords is bad enough without providing a way to display it
