RDP session bypass Group policy lock session

Hi,
we have a group policy who lock inactivity session with RDP after 5 minutes. Since we use Remote desktop manager the session never lock.
There's a options who bypass inactivity?

Is the lock policy is on the remote server or local?

This a policy on Active Directory, so this is on the remote server
This is strange because RDM does not have any code to bypass it.
