Feedback on RDM for Mac

Hi,

Some feedback on RDM for Mac (beta) ...

- Very slow to start. This might be because I'm using a remote SQL Server as the data source, not sure.
- When adding the SQL Server data source, the username and password input boxes would randomly be disabled & not allow input.
- When a connection fails e.g. on invalid credentials, the left pane server list sometimes jumps to near the bottom of the list.
- When a connection fails e.g. on invalid credentials, no information is shown - the app just says connection to peer lost.

That's all so far but will keep testing.
