Asks for Registration when RDM for Mac opened

I am constantly getting prompted to register RDM for Mac. I run through the registration for standard version and it works fine, but usually when I closed and reopen the program it prompts again. If I click Enter Serial it will show the Standard Edition Radio button selected with my registered email address next to it.

If i register again i get:

Your registration has been saved successfully.
Thank you.

However it seems to do the same thing every day.

Hi,

The registration informations are saved in ~/Library/Application\ Support/com.devolutions.remotedesktopmanager/RemoteDesktopManager.cfg.
if this file is read-only you will be able to use the application but your registration information won't be saved correctly.

Can you check if you have write access to this file?

I have checked this file and my user has read & write permission.

Hi,

I've looked at your file and everything seems in order.
Can we try to activate the Debug information to see if the log tell us anything ?
To do this you need to go to Remote Desktop Manager Menu and click Preferences...
Select the Advanced Tab and set the Debug level to 1.
Then close the app
Restart it and register again.
Then got to the Help menu and click View Application Log...

After all of these steps you can send me the content of the log.
