Showing Attachments on top level group
Hi. We are using RDM to connect to our customers. I have setup a standard that each customer has 3 levels. 1 - Customer, 2 - Computer Type (ie, server, office, and laptops), and 3 - The actual machine (session) we are connecting to. I also have an attachment that has connection information that our users need to see. Is there a way to attach the document to the 1st level and have it viewable at all the lower levels? I see it on my second level if I attach it to each session in the second level. Are attachments only allowed to be added on the session themselves?

Just to be sure I understand, you want to add an attachment to a group / folder?

Correct. I have a top Group that is 'Customer Name'. Then I have a second group that is called 'Servers'. This group contains a session for the database server and a session for the web server. If I put the attachment on each session, it is also available on the second group called 'Servers'. My goal is to attach it to the group 'Customer Name' and have it show on the attachment tab on all the lower objects, both groups and sessions. Sort of like using the Batch Edit on the top group to add an override Description. This way no mater what object the user clciks on they can access the attachment.
