Subject:Installation errors

After trying to install an update on windows XP, I get the following error and only have th choice of Retry or cancel, which backs out the installation.

Could not update the ini file C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Start Menu\Programs\Remote Desktop Manager\Online help.url.
Verify that the file exists and that you can access it.


I verfied its there, but its a 0k file which i can't open, renname, edit nor delete

Any thoughts?
