Issue with Umlauts in Username
It seems RDM for Mac doesn't like Umlauts in Usernames as I cannot logon with my user "Jörg" on a 2012 R2 server.
The error I get reads "Failed to connect to the host. Check your credentials and try again (10009).

There is a problem with this in FreeRDP.

It is related with the uppercasing of cyrillic characters which is required as part of NTLM.
Could you try to change your user name with the uppercase version of the name. (in your case JÖRG).
