Hi,
I'm new to RDM, and am trying to figure out the best way to install and get started.
I am a team of 1, administering a complex remote virtual network. I have an enterprise license as part of the VMware vExpert program. :0)
I have 2 PCs in my home office, which I use for administration - a main static PC and a laptop. Most of the time, I use my PC for admin tasks but use my laptop at the same time for different connections. Sometimes I also take my laptop away for adhoc admin tasks.
How can I best have RDM installed and still have access to my sessions from both my PC and my laptop? That would be the holy grail!
Thanks.
Jeremy.
You have a few options:
- Use DropBox data source - http://help.remotedesktopmanager.com/index.html?datasource_dropbox.htm
- Amazon S3 - http://help.remotedesktopmanager.com/index.html?datasource_s3.htm
- Use RDMO data source (subscription required) - http://help.remotedesktopmanager.com/index.html?datasource_rdmo.htm
You could also use FTP, SFTP or Web(read-only) data sources.
More information on data sources: http://help.remotedesktopmanager.com/index.html?datasource_overview.htm

That looks perfect - just what I was looking for!
Many thanks for the reply.
