Enabled/Disabled in RightClickMenu not logical

Hi,

i don't see any logic between disabled and not disabled elements in right click menu.

- There is nothing in "Import" that i am allowed to click but the text is black
- There is nothing in "Export" that i am allowed to click but the text is gray
- Even there is nothing to click in both i can expand them while i can't expand something like "Add"
