SQL group duplication if no changes made

Not sure if this has been reported before but I ran into a reproducible error today. I was working with Security Groups in RDM. I opened the edit dialog for one of the groups in the list and decided I didn't want to make any changes. Instead of hitting the Cancel button, I chose to hit OK. This resulted in all of my Security Groups being overwritten with the info from the dialog box, in other words all groups because the same (so now I have 5 "Users" groups in the list. I was able to restore since our SQL server is backed up nightly, but this could be a problematic bug for some.
