Hi,
I am running RDM version 9.1.0.0 Enterprise edition with RDMS version 1.1.3.0

When I try to add an attachment to any of my remote desktop or Putty items i get an error indicating that 'i cannot connect to the data source and if I want to go in offline mode' I am definitely in online mode when i try to add an attachment.. When I select no i receive the following error (see attached).

Please let me know what i can try to do to resolve the issue.

Hi

I have confirmed we do display the offline confirmation, but when I select no the upload to the db does proceed without error.

What type of document storage are you choosing? (link to file, url, stored in db)

the current version of RDMS is 2.2.8, I dont believe attachments were supported in v1.1.3.

Is it impossible for you to upgrade?
