ConEmu-like update

The current updatesystem is an improvement over the old one, but it could still be improved.

ConEmu (https://code.google.com/p/conemu-maximus5/) offers the same type of update, where a MSI is installed. But the difference is
that the user does not have to do anything after accepting the update, everything happens automatically.

That would be a great feature to have.
