I am trying to create a custom installer to deploy RDM for 60 users. I have purchased an Enterprise site license, but when I go to create a custom install package it says my license has expired or is invalid (Even though it is not) and asks me to purchase another enterprise license. What do I need to do/purchase to get this feature working?

Have you bought the custom installer service or the extended support plan? It's not included by default if you don't buy a support plan.

Hi David,
I went to the old store and was able to find the custom installer and purchase it. Just a heads up, the new online store lists the custom installer subscription but has no option to purchase it and just tries to sell you an enterprise license, even if you enter your existing license.
