Hi support,
I am trying the 6.1.0.0 version and I i encounter a problem when I want to use a session with a keepass entry:
RDM try to launch Keepass despite my already launched Keepass instance. Unfortunately, we have a master key and a complex path to reach the keepass database. Then, the Keepass instance launch by RDM fails.
I would like to try to pass parameters to keepass command line sent by RDM or, let RDM uses the active Keepass instance like in version 6.0.1.2.
Could you help?
Hi,
This mean that RDM fails to find the KeePass connection, can you verify if there is something in the log?

Hi David,
This morning the problem did not appear, I mean I was able to use session linked to Keepass credentials.
This afternoon the problem appears and the Application log is empty. The problem is intermittent and I did not find any common manipulation or special context at this time.
Regards,
Can you try this internal version, set the debug level to 1 in the Advanced Option of the application.

I think that we will get the error this time. I also added an option to disable the auto open of KeePass.

Hi David,
This morning I have installed the 6.1.3.0 version then, my keepass was already loaded and when I have launched a session with Keepass credential, RDM tried to start Keepass... Of course the call failed.
So, I have closed Keepass then restart it and I got the joined message. Keepass closed after I click on OK. I restart again Keepass and everything was good.
Keepass is functional
RDM with a session with "keepass" credentials is functionnal.
So I really think this issue is due to my context and is not bothering me so much.
Regards,
