Using a shared configuration file
Hi. My company is using RDM to manage all our remote connections to our customers. I am trying to test the feasibility of using on remotedesktopmanager.cfg file for the install on our employee machines. I have installed RDM on a Terminal Server and would like to use the cfg file there for all our employees. I tried creating an Override.cfg on my local install with the path of the cfg on the server. When I started RDM on my machine the next time, I needed to configure my install again. I also tried to find the key mentioned on the help, CurrentUser/Software/RemoteDesktopManager, but do not have one on my machine. Could it be a different key?
Is trying to use one config file for our company even a feasible option?

Hi,
What you can do is copy the remodesktopmanager.cfg in the installation folder. RDM copy this file if it's not found in the default folder. For the regkey, you must create it, it's not here by default.

Can i set up my laptop to use the cfg on the terminal server?

If I understand correctly, it's not possible, the cfg must be on the local machine.
