When attempting to view sessions open to a specific resource, this is always blank, even when I have sessions open. I've verified that it's not a firewall issue by shutting off the domain firewall on both the workstation and server. Online help doesn't really shed any light here.
Also - noticed that some of the buttons on this window have tool tips, and some don't.
And any way we can leave the "Auto Refresh" checkbox checked?
Hi,
I added an option for the auto refresh, it's now persisted in the application. I added the missing tooltip also.
For the main problem, do you have the administrative right to this machine ? Even if you are connected, RDM is using the Terminal API to retrieve the information. You can try Terminal Services Manager and see if you get the same result:

Hi,
There is some information here:

Just to make sure I'm understanding what you're asking. Are you asking if the account I'm running RDM under has admin rights on the server I'm connecting to, or are you asking if the credentials configured for the connection has admin rights?
Hi,
The tool use the account you are running RDM to access the API on the Terminal Server.

Ah. So this is an access denied issue. Any chance that this could popup a notification? Or, better yet, any chance it could be set to use the credentials supplied in the session?
Hi,
Can you try to set this option in the session configuration in Tools tab page. Let me know if this help.
David Hervieux
Okay - I've tried it configuring the tools to use both the session credentials, and a credential repository, and I get the same results - a blank list.
Does it works with the Terminal Services Manager that come in Windows ? Can you post a screenshot, maybe I will see something?
