Embedded Chrome browser sessions are no longer working in RDM after Windows 10 upgrade

My Windows 10 notebook decided to install the latest Windows fixes.
I'm currently running Windows 10 64bit version 1809 OS build 17763.437.
Since this upgrade my Remote Desktop Manager has become really slow responding.
Apart from that the Chrome embedded browser sessions do no longer seem to work.

Opening such a session sometimes even makes Remote Desktop Manager unresponsive and I have to end it using task manager.
But the majority of the time the chrome embedded browser session displays nothing.

Crome itself seems to work fine.

Are there other people experiencing the same issue?
Are there workarounds or solutions available?

Thanks !

Please go to File --> Options --> Types --> Web and check the option Disable RunDll32.exe usage.

That should remedy your issue with the embedded Chrome browser.
