Hello all, Our Devolutions Cloud has slowly evolved into offering these services: Customer Portal Serial Vault Devolutions Account - your identity for all that is Devolutions Devolutions Authenticator (internal name...) - watch out for our soon-to-be-released mobile application to strengthen the authentication of our Account A suite of solutions used by Remote Desktop Manager Devolutions Online Database Devolutions Online Drive Devolutions Online Backup Devolutions Custom Installer Wayk Family of products Often times our community would ask for help in the forum dedicated to Remote Desktop Manager, but since we've added so many services, we felt it better to create these new forums to allow you to subscribe in a granular fashion to the information that is relevant to your day to day tasks. Subscribe to this specific forum to be notified on planned maintenance and coming releases, use the binocular icon on the right-hand side of this forum's title. If you prefer tickets, you can simply send an email to our ticketing system , but be advised that, rather than: most of our engineering, our support staff, our business services staff; you end up being serviced only by our front-line team. Wayk Den - Planned maintenance - Thursday, November 28, 2019 at 18:30:00 UTC

As part of continuing efforts to vastly improve the connectivity to our Wayk Den service, we will be performing maintenance tasks during a 3 hour maintenance window starting at 18:30 UTC on Thursday, November 28, 2019. (1:30 pm EST and 10:30 am PST). There will be a short interruption of service while we transition the database, followed by a 45-60 min period of the Wayk Den service resuming operations in an incremental fashion. This is the first series of improvements that we intend to put in place in the short term. Our whole team is thanking your for your patience while we make all efforts towards improving your experience with the service. Please follow this thread for updates by clicking on the binocular icon to the right of the title. We will be posting replies at the start and end of the maintenance window. Devolutions Wayk Den - Incident - 2019-08-19 10:45 UTC

An infrastructure issue prevented users to establish Wayk Now remote connections using the Devolutions Wayk Den service. Start time: 2019/08/18 10:45 UTC End time: 2019/08/18 11:45 UTC Duration: 1 hour Sequence of events 10:45 UTC – Monitoring systems alerted Devolutions staff of a failure of the Wayk Den service. 11:00 UTC – Engineering found that the issue was related to database unavailability. 11:37 UTC – Engineering was able to restore the database on a different node. The service seems to be working again. 11:44 UTC – Engineering declared the service stable. All components are running and serving clients as expected. 11:45 UTC – End of outage Investigation is still ongoing to understand why the failed database instance was not be automatically rescheduled on an different node as part of the auto-healing process.

Status : Resolved 2019-07-19 12:55 UTC List of impacted services : Account Cloud Custom Installer Customer Portal Forum Online Backup Online Database Online Drive As part of our resolution efforts, some services appeared up at 11:47 UTC, but were still impacted by the root cause. At 12:55 UTC all of our services are up. We are closely monitoring the state of our services and we'll provide more information about the incident after we've completed our investigation.
