Monitoring Externally

I see there are some performance counters available and application insights which is great. Haven't played with that but I'd like to see some integration available for monitoring tools such as Zabbix or PRTG, snmp, http agent?

in the mean time ill look into this swagger api documentation, maybe i can just build some templates myself.
